Is anyone else having a hard time getting shipments, all of my scheduled reorders to dps is being cancelled.

Yep between the manufacturer, vendor and shipment things are either missing, severely delayed or just plain unavailable. Certain vendors will just not fulfill orders and never say a word to you, until you stop everything and call them and find out, while others send an email saying "hey item xyz is unavailable)

almost a third of the things we order are on backorder when they come in they really come in just got 7 cases of freezer packs

located in northwest ohio and yes!!! having this issue big time!! even from our lab, we aren't getting lab tubes or anything we are ordering!

Wondering how things are going for people this week. Seems like some issues have been eased at least out west. Still have a bunch of things on backorder. My biggest issue is clinical staff acting like I'm not doing my job because we keep running out of things or because I'm asked to order DME and it takes 5 months to arrive.

i am spending more of my time taking from the 3 day a week clinics and suppling the 6 day a week clinics, called sap and have not recieved a call back that was 3 days ago

We are still having a hard time with lab supplies but it has eased up some, we seem to be getting other supplies a little better.
