I have a T machine, 32k miles. the reason it was pulled from the floor was it was leaking from the vent tube. i plug the machine into my office fly loop, power and drain...turn on the machine and as soon as the machine reaches the SELECT MODE screen the machine is venting a full stream of water out of the vent tube. the machine does the same thing even when the hydraulics are tilted out and the acid, bicarb and fluid sample are NOT plugged in. when the acid, bicarb and fluid sample ARE plugged in- the machine reads NO WATER and continues to vent the water out of the vent tube. i undo the fly loop and the water stops. float issue?

Sounds like your float is more of a sunk. I would start with that, also check the debug screen just to make sure. Upper right of the flow diagram will show water/no water status

It sounds to me like the float switch is stuck at the bottom, allowing water to continuously flow into the hydrochamber.

Just going to pigtail some info onto this for future viewers.
If you happen to be putting a hydro-chamber back in to place, and you pinch the vent line that runs over the top of the chamber, you'll most likely see some water streaming out like this. It's rare but you know how things happen sometimes.
Thanks for posting your fix, Herbie.

hello i need help 2008k vent is full leaking on heat disinfection, i tried to change the whole hydrochamber bt issue still there . anyone can help plz What step in the heat cycle? When you first put it into heat? When the temperature is up and it recirculates? For s&g's what does it do in rinse and dialysis mode?

Most often when water comes out of the vent tubing during heat disinfection, there is a problem with the inlet pressure regulator and/or the heat exchanger.
When I check the inlet pressure regulator, I set my test gauge up like I am going to calibrate it. With the water on and the machine running, I turn off the power to the machine but leave the water on. If the pressure gauge spikes, your inlet pressure regulator is bad and needs to be rebuilt or replaced.
To check the heat exchanger, I pull out the hydraulics. With the water on and the power off, I pull the soft tubing off of the right side of the heat exchanger as you are viewing it from the front of the machine. If water is coming out of the port on the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is leaking.
