I know I have seen the "fix", but forgot...
"Resirc Error in Heat".... what have y'all had success with in a solution. Occasionally I get flow inlet in dialysis.

Have you checked your deaeration pressure? Have you inspected the brushes on the deaeration motor? If the motor is intermittently cutting out, it could cause occasional inlet flow errors. If the deaeration pressure isn't up to specs, it could cause a flow recirc error.

I just had this issue yesterday and it was the float switch.

The one time I saw this it was the valve under the hydrochamber.

Deair pump or heat exchanger are my first 2 suspects when I see this error. If it's leaking from the vet tube, heat exchanger is most often the culprit.

If you are getting a flow inlet as well in dialysis then definitely look at deaeration motor, either needing to be rebuilt, or calibrated or both. Also, if you have rebuilt and tried to calibrate and you are maxing out in order to reach desired pressure, then swap out pump head as well.

Don't forget to check for a pinched vent tube.
