Update:
I recalibrated the conductivity cells on the first machine (again) and the condo is now reading within range (TCD and machine=13.4 Meter=13.45) but its still not allowing me to calibrate the condo conformation. It's very odd that the other day I did that and it wasn't reading correctly, but now it is....
I put the machine in dialysis mode and the machine passed all tests and is stable.
I'm charging my meter now and I will attempt to recalibrate the condo conformation again shortly.
If it doesn't work I will be calling tech support, and if it gets resolved I will post the fix.

make sure the pins on the RS232 are not pushed in. that will happen with age. try a new cable , make sure 90 xl is charged or have it charging while calibrating. Just a few Ideas. Good Luck!

Update:
I think I figured out the issues.
Sheepdog you called it, the meter wasn't charged enough! I charged the meter and the second machine finally calibrated. I guess even though it was on and working it must have been low enough it wasn't getting a good signal to the machine.
The first machine that may have been the issue but then then I started getting a "no com with meter" error when trying to calibrate. I removed the card cage and HOLY COW, the motherboard had a tremendous amount of water damage and corrosion. It's an absolute miracle it even turned on! Fortunately I had a spare motherboard but it also appears the function board was cooked to because after the motherboard change I'm getting the same error. I changed the function board and updating the software now.
Looks like I'm on the right track now.
Thanks everyone!

:Update to the update to the update After changing the function board on the first (water damaged machine) I had to do all the calibrations, but it FINNALY let me calibrate the conductivity conformation cell! I literally hugged the machine and thanked it! Its a toxic relationship..... All is well and I haven't had any issues updating the other machines.

I was told by fresenius service today that you need to use a 90XL with a yellow cable and an adapter box to complete the conductivity cal. If you do not use these items you will get an alarm at power on.
