Anyone have a flow inlet error that only occurs right at the end of a heat disinfect and is resolved by flipping up and closing the hanson door?
Anyone see this issue and resolve it? I am stumped.

Check loading pressure during Heat disinfect. Should be above 15PSI, see the TS guide, section 3; flow errors in clean/disinfect. See pg 170, Clean.
Check air separator for slow leaks as well, once that o-ring is worn there will be leaks. You change it completely, change o-ring or tighten screws down a bit to stop the leak temporarily.

Recalibrate loading, flow, deaeration, and inlet water pressures. If that doesn't work check brushes.

Check for worn brushes on the flow motor, CFS starting to fail, or bad float switch

If you had to flip the door to get it to continue, could a solenoid on 24/25 be sticking when it heats up?

Thank you everyone. Replacing the float switch fixed my issue. Thank you.

I am going to lock this thread because it is from two years ago, and we have another thread discussing flow inlet errors. It gets confusing.
