An Acute nurse sent me a picture of the "SELECT PROGRAM " screen . On the light gray square under treatment options it has USB Recovery and USB Fail . Tech support didn't have much of an answer for me , except that it could be the one that connects to UMICS board or the one on the screen . Has anyone else ever come across this message ?
Thanks

Just a dumb question; is there anything plugged in to any of the usb ports?(back and on side of screen).
Could be someone trying to charge their phone plugged up into the USB and then machine tried to boot up from the phone. Should also disable USB boot from the bios
also assuming this is a 2008T of some sort?
