I just took over a unit with a Better water RO. Did a clean and disinfect yesterday. Everything went smooth. This afternoon the staff call and told me that the RO is alarming water quality . The alarm only lasts for a few seconds, but keeps alarming off and on while the storage tank is filling, They are telling me all the numbers are good on the panel. Any Ideas. I have no other Better water systems anywhere near me.

I know you said all the numbers are good but did you confirm that? When the alarm goes on and off during filling it could be the rejection/conductivity bouncing around the alarm limit. The might run back and it stops alarming and the numbers look good but then the rejection falls below 90% or something like that. Also is there a level sensor in the tank that is faulty? I don't know that system but those are the things I would check....also temperature. Sometimes cleaning and disinfection can throw your product water quality out of wack especially if membranes are older.

That is normal behavior for the Better water RO system. It works similar to the FR-4, it alarms/beeps during flushing cycle until cond/rej comes down to set limits.
Get a cond meter and verify cond, check set limit range(s).
I would reach out to better water to confirm proper operations and to give you peace of mind.
