I have this T-machine that is giving no art bp comm and when I try to place in to another mode states that blood sensed. I have replaced it with a known good function, actuator/test, sensor and power logic. Machine comes on goes through tests and passes then turn off and back on must do mandatory rinse then acts fine for a little while until plugged back in then mandatory rinse again and no longer function's properly and states no art bp comm and blood sensed PLEASE help I think its function board but maybe motherboard?? thanks in advance for the advice.

are you getting a E02 or E03 error on your blood pump module if so call tech support and they will send you a new blood pump module

If the machine keeps prompting you to do a mandatory rinse after one has already been completed, then replace the yellow battery ram on the function board. The battery ram is where the last disinfection /cleaning program information is stored. If you keep getting a blood sensed alarm that stops you from doing a cleaning program then verify level detector and cable are good. Verify blood pump and cable are also good. If modules and cables are good then verify actuator cable and sensor cable.

Replace the blood pump module. Had this problem quit a bit years ago. If your seeing it a lot get yourself plenty of modules. H&S technical has plenty with there exchange program.

Out of curiosity....Why the blood pump module? Wouldn't a blood sensed signal be related to the level detector module?

The main problem with the modules is corrosion. Trying to get the staff to use properly diluted bleach...let's just say the bigger is better fallacy applies to a lot of different things

Update, the motherboard was bad I replaced it then found out the function board was also bad replaced both and it was a spare function board that was hanging around I had to update the software, after doing that had to go purchase null modem and serial cable in order to calibrate condo conf.cells after doing all that ir is now back in service and no art b/p comm is no longer there and blood sensed is gone as welL and passed tests x4. Thank you all for the help you all ROCK

Thanks for the fix!I have one pulled today with E.08.Did not have blood sensed problem.Supposedly was LP955 board, but was not.Swapped out both blood pump cables and act cable and still had art pump no comm.Swappped act board still had alarm.Replaced blood pump motor..still alarm.Got out troubleshooting guide and its leading me to Motherboard.Hope that's my fix too!

I had a special machine that sounded just like this. Check your +24 Volts, I changed the Bridge Rectifier and Error was finally gone. Also was one of the cheapest parts to change.

just as a *simple* fix, mine was just the rainbow cable that had gotten pinched and was rubbing the chassis. swapped it out, good as new.
