I have a machine that will fail the PHT while a patient is on, then when machine is pulled and I press 1 on the keyboard in debug, the banner goes real fast and it passes multiple times. But will fail again when a patient is on. Possible dialysate transducer??

at 800 flow check that your flow dac is at about 160 with pressure at 35-36 psi this has worked good for me

Ok, thanks. So I have checked my machine and at 800 flow the dac read171 so I adjusted dac down to 161. Do you think a to high of a dac would cause the machine to fail pht while a patient was on? Just curious.

Yes, DAC above 165 will cause PHT to fail when patients are on.

How do you change the flow DAC? I am having same problem with my online PHT failing and flow pressure is good at 35 but not sure how to adjust the flow DAC you are talking about? I am a new biomed so bare with me here!

To calibrate flow DAC: Make sure to set flow at 800. Turn the nut on the back of the flow pumphead CCW to decrease DAC. Loosen nut at small increments. It may take a few seconds for the DAC value to drop.

After adjusting with in range... and still getting intermittent PHT failures? It'll be stable for a few and will passed... then will fail again and vice versa and so on... What are we looking at, replacing pressure senor/s? And if the machine have bibag system... which sensor is most likely failing, 110? Or perhaps shall we look for something / somewhere else?
