I have an odd question.. Fresenius has put a hold on parts that include hose. I am needing to replace the ceramic piece on my UF sample port. I normally just replaced the whole assembly. So what they did was sell me each piece separately. I ask Fresenius Technical how exactly you put it together and no information was found. Can some one give me a run down on how to put all of the pieces together. I'm sure it is a simple procedure but I'm not smart enough to figure it out. Since the piece is ceramic I don't want to break it (expensive part). Thanks for your help.

1. Put metal nipple into grooved fitting. Note: make sure to put it in correct way around.
2. Put plastic C clamp on backside of nipple. this holds the pressure fit grooved house to the nipple. 3. The hardest part: Push entire assembly into white plastic holder. I would not push on the nipple portion due to fear of breaking the plastic c clamp on the other side. Find you a 6-8mm socket to do this part
4. Push tubing onto lip of nipple.
5. Go find someone named bob and make him your uncleI also do not know what part they sent you but I am hoping they are in the photos (mine is tore up because it is pressure fit into the plastic and is a b*&ch to get out)

with the tubeing hold, i doubt its aval right now. fresenius has had holds one everything with the tubing for months now, its only in the past month they started releasing parts with the new platinum catalyst, so it might be a min.
that being said, they did turn it around real quick, so they might actually have it.
**edit** i stand corrected, i checked SAP and it doesn't have the "call cust. service" banner *aka not aval*, so it might be in stock.....

but, if you wanted to be resourceful, you *could* just order parts 3a-3d, (671779,563150,671540,671541) and if you *ahem* acquired some tubing, you could put it together yourself.
just a thought.
