Now we are having issues with lines leaking blood anytime from 40 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes into treatment.
One leak was from the pump segment tubing itself very close to the heparin tee.
All of the others have been from the heparin tee itself.
So far, it has only been Lot# 00VL82280.
