I have a 2008T machine (10k hours) it got pulled cause upon installing the bibag it’ll burst. It also displayed v104/108 stuck closed I checked all pressures and calibrated the pressure transducers.
Has anyone had this issue before?
Any advise will really help. Thanks in advance

I *think* one of our guys had this problem and it ended up being V101.

That is two separate issues, both of them use pressure transducer 110. Id suspect transducer 110 is the culprit. I have 8T bibag machines with around the same hours. I cant tell you how many transducers I have replaced in the last year. If it is revision D or older, I'd replace with revision E.

So it’s pressure transducer 110?

I agree about the pressure transducers. I had 15 brand new bibag machines where I had to replace the acid, bibag, dialysate, and CFS pressure transducers in all 15 within the first 8 months or so of having them.

If you can get the transducers, right now we can't get any spare parts!

Had this happen multiple times and at first couldn’t duplicate. It’d pop up occasionally. Only could be 2 things: the valve that allows water into the bag, or the pressure transducer not reading correctly. Wasn’t either, lol. Ended up being the board on the bibag assembly.

I had similar issue before and it's pressure transducer 110 . Make sure you don't make the same mistake as I did was to double check that the new replacement pressure transducer is 130mmHg. I accidentally used the Pdial one which was about 1 bar I think. And result was another' kaboom ' and ackward moment.

CFS is the only one that is different and that is just because it includes tubing. In fact I just order the 370506-22 for everything including CFS. My guess is you had another bad transducer.

If you haven't already fixed, there is a board in the bibag section of the hydraulics that is partially exposed and prone to getting wet. Would be worth checking out. I had the same symptoms once, led me to that board.
