Is one of the hall sensor on the bicarbonate cartridge holder in the right position / loose or faulty ?

Sorry i confused with Baxter and Nipro machine earlier, i think Bbraun uses the reel sensor ( Part number : 34517138 ) instead of the hall sensor which located in the lower arm of the bicarbonate cartridge holder . Apparently this part also come with o ring and contacts .

Is one of the hall sensor on the bicarbonate cartridge holder in the right position / loose or faulty ? Yes it is, you can even check that on TSM mode.

That alarm is issued if the machine doesn't see the conductivity spike from priming, not if the Solcart holder is open or not. As Admin stated, DBK is the most common cause. We have also seen kinked tubing from both the top and bottom of the Solcart inside the cabinet.

If you open it, I would just replace the disc and spring.

Agreed, open it and replace it. It’s quick and easy. Also pull the Y connector and make sure each side isn’t occluded.
