2008 k Machine is always going to operator error when trying the calibrate the -250. Any ideas?

reset all boards , if that doesn't work most likely Pdial

in dialysis mode set the flow rate to 500.... turn off the machine and put back into test... It should work at that point.

Just had this happen this morning. I restarted the machine and it let me do it after that. The numbers were much lower at that point in the A to D converter displayed on the screen.

Agree with above. Also note that air can cause it to error too. Rinse, put the machine into 500 flow rate and put your meter in place then check to make sure air separator shows "No Air" on debug 0. Then restart in service and try again. If it still says operator error replace Pdail.

its not likely but i had this happen when an on-call tech rebuilt my balance chamber and he wired 2 of the valves to the wrong ones

Restarting the machine in dialysis mode, putting it in 500 flow rate and then going back into calibration is what made it work for me! Thanks for that info everyone!
