Hello everyone, I've got a dearation motor that will only give me -24 at 248 Dac or higher. I'm thinking hydrochamber. The motor is new the head is new. all my valves are rebuilt. when I clamp off V39 still the same.
Anyone have any insight or have had a similar issue?
my machine passes test and everything ok, im just worried I'm going to kill my brushes/motor prematurely.

see if you can tighten the nut on the front of the deairation head using a 12 mm box wrench, also do a positive and negative pressure test to look for leaks, also call fmc to get another head it sounds like you have an out of box failure with the pump running that fast you might be putting more air into the system than you are taking out

tried the head adjustment and a different head. Same result. Don't want to swap hydrochamber but my gut tells me thats what it is.

There is a hydrochamber leak test on page 150 of the T machine troubleshooting guide. I have never performed this test myself, so I don't know how well it works.

Dave I think that procedure is used to locate external leaks. but I'll give it a shot...

Another quick check before changing out the hydrochamber would be to look at the deaeration orifice. Make sure it isn't cracked and in good shape. You can easily swap that out from a known good machine first.

hydrochamber was the cause. took it apart could not tell why, but reinstalled it and same failure.
