Have 25,000 hours on T machines,so I'm having every issue a machine can have. But,when I suspect #10 CFS I go to debug screen #10 and look at my Hi ACFS voltage.I think it needs to be between 5 and 6.I have seen the CFS voltage at 7.2 and have had no complaints from staff. So what is a good indication it is definitely the CFS.Thank you.

If memory serves me correctly, CFS range should be 2 to 5. Anything above 6 is an indicator of a bad CFS. I would like to say that the 7.2 reading you have could be the result of the initial spike reading but I don't think I've come across a reading that high at "start up". It's usually like a 5.6 or below 6. I'd go into the TS guide to verify the ranges and follow steps to check. In your case, I would change out the CFS.
Also, is the CFS reading constantly on the high side or within that 2-5 range?

The intermittent problem is temp dropping and condo going high.Suspect a flow error causing it,but no one ever sees a flow error prior to these issues.Temp and condo will stabilize by the time I get to floor.Have ohmed all valves-ok.All 3 NTCs were replaced year ago, checked dear and flow brushes and pressures-ok.Dear motor is 10 years old,so may be faulty. But,I did wonder if CFS could be acting up.CFS spike is at 7.2 and I thought that was too high.I watch the CFS during tx and it is between 3 and 5.But it is intermittent issue so far.

Inspect balance chamber mechanicals to make sure valve plungers slide smoothly and that membrane isn't torn.

I did do the BC test to check if torn/leaking,but it passed.

Watch your flow rate in Debug screen during dialysis and see if it ever goes into eigentach - it's easier to watch that or flow error instead of CFS switching time. Also does it happen only during dialysis or does it happen during cleaning programs as well. If only during dialysis - is it random or does it occur with a filling program?
