Hi guys, I have an inquiry regarding the RO unit (Hemo Ro 3000 from DWA). I have installed it last week but I don't have any experience with water systems, the TDS of the outcome water is 30. and I have been told that this is unacceptable and it should be lower than this (around 10). I have tried entering the unit in modes such as disinfection, decalcify, rinsing and non of those solve the issue.
the feed water's tds is 400
This massage appears in the RO's screen.ibb.co/zXJGyy0

Did you call the manufacturer? When you say you are disinfecting it, what are you actually doing? Is it heat? Chemical? Are you drawing a LAL before and after disinfection?

The picture you posted is uS/cm and you're talking TDS. Are you sure things are set correctly? Conductivity and TDS are not directly interchangeable.

Hi Adnan, sorry for late reply as I overlooked your message.
Maybe perform
1) a rinse , press right button to go to Standby screen , press left button to scroll to Rinse and press right button to confirm
If failed then
2) checked the permeate conductivity cell connection is not loosed or disconnected ( pin 6 and pin 7 on main board- LF-P label),
3) compared the actual conductivity or TDS with the reference meter .
