Check drain valve V30 and is it a new loading pressure valve or you just checked the pressure only? Pressure could be good in dialysis but below 24 PSI during heat. Check the pressure during heat disinfect. Swap red spike with yellow spike gauge to verify.

It is a new loading pressure valve. I get 24 in heat. Change out heat exchanger replace valve 30 and 39. Still wont'work. Replace mother board still same outcome.

Check that your dialysate sampling function is off in service mode. I had one the other day and somehow this was turned on. Contacted Fresenius tech support and they have no idea how it could have been enabled without someone manually doing so. I know I didn't turn it on...

I would re-check/replace V29 again. I see that you said rebuilt & replaced; I'd recommend to just replace them all, b/c once they are opened they get wet/rusted out within months or even a few days after install even with new o-rings.

did you put in a new loading pressure regulator, do you have a dialsafe did you get the regulator with the high flow springs, fmc will sell you the regulator but they will send it with low flow springs, this could be your problem

Thank you! It ended up being the loading pressure spring. I replace the loading pressure valve at the start of this whole thing but never check the spring. Replace the spring and it worked. Alot of hrs for something so simple. I will not forget that one. Never had that problem b4. Thank you everyone for all the help.
