A fellow technician had a "Patient Alarm" in the top banner. I have looked in operators manual and it states that if continues, contact a qualified technician. Looked in the troubleshooting manual, I could not find it. I have been a technician for a long time and have 20 years experience on Fresenius machines. I have never seen this alarm. Any help would be appreciated.

Currently dealing with this alarm on a 2008k2. Originally was pulled for leaking cause by a busted check valve. After replacing it, booted up the machine and got this alarm while trying to bring it up to conductivity. Machine has 14650 hrs. A biomed on a dialysis biomed sub reddit is the only place i found any sort of fix. He stated that he swapped the Power Logic Board and his issue was fixed. I tried that and alarm still shows up. I also tried swapping out the blood pump module as well as the venous module with known working modules and I still get the alarm. Any other suggestions here?
