Is anyone using Evoqua for their concentrates? If so, are you also having trouble getting them? We had no trouble back when it was Minntech. We had a few issues when it was Medivators, but it was manageable. This Evoqua company, is absolutely awful. The transition from Medivators to Evoqua, is like someone hit the chaos switch and it's only been a short time. Concentrates are on backorder, orders are magically lost, and talking to the customer service people is useless. The few customer service people I have spoken to, have been very nice and they are trying to help, but apparently they don't have the resources at their fingertips to be of any help. They generally have to check on it and email me. Concentrates is not something any of us want to run out of. I'm considering switching to Rockwell through Baxter. Does anyone have experience with the Rockwell/Baxter concentrates?

I can tell you that they do not have liquid bicarb for non usual customers. I tried to order some two weeks ago and nothing.

They (Marcor) are even backordering something as basic as carbon. I'm glad we keep an inventory (28 cf) of it on-hand!

Same issues here.
Rockwell may or may not help. We get the acids we order, we just have no idea of WHEN they will show up (they are using 3rd party carriers for deliveries).

So far they are only using common carrier for one of our locations. Unfortunately that facility is almost 4 hours away and those drivers don't pump the drums into our holding tanks like the Rockwell drivers do. So, myself or one off my team have to spend an entire day each month to spend 30 minutes pumping over 4 drums.

Lots of problems with Evoqua. No one is too happy right now. Shortages are back and i dont know if its related to supply shortages to make the product or staffing to make the product. Communication is nearly non existent. Got a partial order with no warning or explination until i sent an email to our sales rep. (cant get ahold of anyone else) Got told that they werent able to ship product until 9/2/22 and the order was placed early august. Unfortunately rockwell is not an option here.....
