I have a machine with close to 11,000 hrs. giving me high and low flow errors. I have checked pressures and replaced brushes. On dbug screen my DEAP is showing 5. Any ideas?

If you can't obtain -24inHg with a lower dac value than 230, swap in a known good pump head. Sounds like the pump head is the culprit. I'd also inspect the brushes to make sure one isn't hung up.

Please post what you find. I've been having the same issue with machines less than 10,000hrs. I've changed the pump heads. So far they're good.

Ive had this issue with my bluestar machines. It was the pump head.

Does the high and low flow error take time to develop or is it instant once the machine is turned on? I agree with Gnurk on the balance chamber membrane but at the same time we have seen a high/low flow error along with high TMP being caused by the flow pump gear head. This was not an issue until the new 2.74 software. If you watch the machine run a while keeping an eye on FLWP you will see the DAC value of 160 at an 800 flow rate fall out or the DAC value will decrease. The flow error shows up once the DAC value is about 120. This value is increasing the flow through the flow pump so much so that the machine can’t keep up with the discharge. Usually it requires a new pump head being installed but if that doesn’t work try a new pressure regulator.
