I'm having a problem with check valve 23 blowing off. Rebuilt uf pump. Check valves in correct position. Deareation and flow brushes changed and calibrated. Loading pressure 25psi. heater exchange replaced. Diasafe filter new. V30 good. Function and Actuator boards good.

tubing could be stretched and the connection loose due to heat cycles etc.

tubing could be stretched and the connection loose due to heat cycles etc. This is exactly what I thought. Usually happens with me, then the tubing is cut or replaced and it stops.

check that your drain line is not occluded bypass V30 that is the only things that will cause the check valves to blow off

Check that the bicarb/acid lines aren't draped over/kinking the external UF hose. That caused a few blow-offs for me while the machines were on the floor.
