I have a bluestar machine that needs a front display. The only display I have is a T display(pn#190844). I was wondering if that display is interchangeable with the bluestar?

Look up the part # for the Bluestar to see if they are the same.

They are not. Bluestar display is #191164. T display is #190844. What did Fresenius Customer Service say?

My vote would be they are not interchangeable. I doubt even Fresenius would have 2 identical parts with different part numbers.

Did you happen to get a response from FMC CS? Would like to know as well for future reference.
@chuck FMC definitely has the different part #'s for the same identical part. We all know they like to change part#'s and not let us know until we call about it a week or 2 later after we've been waiting with a down machine.

Functionally they should be interchangeable. The only difference that I've seen between the 2 is that the Bluestar monitor has the Bluestar emblem etched onto the front. As we are currently upgrading all our machines over to Bluestar and putting the Bluestar emblem sticker on the monitors and keypads. Should have the same cables to plug into the function and UI/Mics board as the Bluestar upgrade does not change out either of those 2 boards.

So I installed the new bluestar part number 191164 display, no difference that I noticed. Except it does Not even say Fresenius on the display edge whatsoever! Just plain boarder.
