Afternoon community, I have a 2008T that I’ve been struggling with, it passes test but during the PM I was unable to calibrate Flow pressure, it automatically starts at 40psi, I’ve changed the motor and pumphead, along with #78. I validated all the valves by way of energize and ohm’s. The inlet water pressure is normal, as well as both the loading and deaeration pressures. I called Fresenius and went through a few of the debug screens and validated that the pump is operating as it reads, I was told my case will be addressed by an engineer, but that’s been over 4days now. So I was reaching out to you gentleman to see if you have anything to throw at the board I could try in the meantime. Thanks

have you adjusted the nut on the front of the head use a 12mms box wrench loosen it then look at your pressures

Is the machine running fine ?
any error like UF, dialysate flow rate and conductivity etc as it might give a hint what else might be causing it ?
Check if there any blockage along the drainage path as this might affect the flow pressure ?
No sure if this is the cause : maybe check air separation sensor ( component 6 ) and vent valve 63 ?
Hope this help
