Relatively new to the biomed depart and had this interesting thing happen. Machine (2008T, 18569hrs) pulled back for temp error. Replaced flow motor and dearation motor brushes and recalibrated. Now I've got flow coming OUT of the acid pump outlet hose (the white one). I have double checked to make sure the pump heads were in the correct alignment (both are), and made sure the caps were on correct (both are). Checked the acid pump to make sure that I've got the inlet to the inlet and the outlet to the outlet (both correct positions)
I've traced the tubing to make sure nothing was crossed up and everything is where it's supposed to be.
I am perplexed. Appreciate any advice/solutions. Thank you

i believe the white hose is the outlet and the clear hose is the inlet

I am kind of confused as to what the original post is about. It says water is coming out of the outlet hose. Is there something you left out?

Maybe try the below 1) try calibrating the concentrate pump stroke volume if to see there leakage in the concentrate pump 2) Check valves like 103, 105 if there leakage
Hope this help
