Are there significant advantages of the B/Braun dialysis machines over the others such as Fresenius and Baxter? What are some of the advantages? Thank you.

I can tell you based off of 20 years of talking to people with all different machines. The Bbraun Machines are more reliable and have a better tech support. A prominent member of this forum always says if you like being able to get your other stuff done get Bbrauns. If you want to work on machines all day get the others;)

Here is the evaluation my team and I did about 15 years go comparing Fresenius (K), Phoenix, and Braun. Yes, it was the K machine but even now, internally it is still pretty much the same as even the E machines. Machine Evaluation
