Hello I'm on my way to another Clinic to check out a Machine that's pulled for 24v ERROR a few times this Month. The BMT that was there said he checked the power harness, ground wire and reset the boards. anybody have any Recommendations ? maybe need new Board. Ill check back couple days. Thank you !!

When i had machines pulled multiple times for 24v low, 24v high. its was fixed by installing a new motherboard

I called Big F for a 24V Error a few months back and the guy told me that it is most likely the Pwr Logic Bd, Pwr Supply or Motherboard. We have had the issue twice: once was the board, the other was the pwr supply. Motherboard is the logical go-between...

My best guess would be a power logic board or Motherboard. I had this happen a few months ago, and we discovered that on the motherboard, top left hand side, is the C1+ and C2- capacitor, which was, quite frankly, burnt to hell and back looked it too edited to correct pos and neg

I replace at 2 motherboards a month on my machines due to this issue. Now they have never had one prior to this but I do dust my card cage and power supply before replacing but 99.8 percent of the time its your motherboard.

Replaced 21 Motherboards on 21 machines with all kinds of voltage issues. Never saw another voltage alarm for 4 years following. I always go Motherboard first.
