Has any one had this issue before.I have a 2008T blue star that is not transferring vitals signs from the machine to the chair side. I have done a factory reset and re imaged the chair side.
Thanks in advance

So I had this one recently also, There is a procedure to check the communications screen to verify the settings, but if it's been working for a long time and suddenly goes out, It doesn't seem to be much help, or I should say in my case it didn't fix anything. I ended up replacing the UI/Mic board (after talking to our IT people), the funny thing though is that when I ended up loading the image onto it, it still had the issue. Ended up downloading a new image onto the flash drive I had, and reinstalled the new image and then it was fixed. So maybe try and download a new image first and install that one before getting a new board.

We tried downloading a new image using the new button that came with the new version of chairside and it seemed to provide an image but not an installer. So the machine would run chairside but only with the USB in place, it wouldn’t actually start the install procedure. Any tips?

I just fixed a machine at my clinic. It turned out the "CDX' wasn't turned on in service mode (under comms tab). I just replaced a IU board and had to upgrade from gen 1 to gen 2 board. Just a thought.. Hope it helps..

All of these have fixed the problem at some point
1 factory reset Chairside
2 reinstall Chairside A older machines you have to use the old Chair side procedure b new machines with ui3 you have to use the button on the screen
3 replace ui/mics board

i keep a copy of chairside on a thumbdrive around, i usually end up reflashing it real quick and it always works...just my 2 cents. same for running out of memory error.

Thanks in advance What we have seen is often when data won't cross over between the machine and chairside if you open chairside and check the date and time it will not be correct to the current date and time which is why chairside can't find the info. A simple fix for this is to open LX terminal and simply type date and enter, then time and enter. Give it 10 minutes to update completely and try again.
