I have a 2008T Fresenius machine at about 25k hours. When adjusting the Dialysate flow rate to 800 the conductivity goes high but when adjusting back to 500 it runs normal conductivity. I calibrated both acid and bicarb. If anyone has an idea let me know.

Have you checked your motor brushes and pressures?

Yeah they have new motors in them & calibrated. Still can't seem to figure why it keeps doing it.

i mean, sounds kinda like a cal issue. did you go through a full cal * including temp and condo* or did ya just throw some new motors in it, stroke it real quick and put it in test?
not saying we all haven't done it every now and then....but.....

I did the full conductivity calibration I didn't do temp. The new motors were put in about 3 months ago so I did the full calibrations on those.

When's the last annual pm done it? what's ur deair speed? if its kinda high, it might have worn out the brush motors quick. personally, id do a full pm on it if you got the time, especially the springs in the pump ( i say this as someone whos always behind on pm's ) and the brushes.

Check balance chamber membranes. Sounds like one is possibly torn or stretched.

did you get it fixed yet? if not you want to check your regulators even though they calibrate okay sometimes they are unable to "regulate" flow properly at the higher flows mainly the flow relief valve sometimes the lp regulator
