I have two K2 machines (approx. 38K hours) that run spectacular in Dialysis mode. During the heat cycle it runs as it should... up until about 7 minutes left until the end of the cycle. Then it throws a Flow Recirc 1 error. Pumps pressures. Checked and good Valve 24, 25, 26, 27/41, 29 & 39... Checked and rebuilt. The valves all ohm out good while cool. Would it be worth ohming when the valves are warm? If I run the valve leak test at the start up it all passes. When I attempt the valve leak test when the recirc error happens, it fails ISO.
I have seen the IC chip 26 burn up on the actuator board cause this problem on a few occasions but the error would show as soon as the rinse portion of the heat cycle is completed and transitions to the heat cycle. That tells me I am not dealing with a board issue.
I know that was a mouthful, but at this point I am just baffled.

Have you checked the loading pressure during heat cycle?

could be your heat exchanger also, there is a test for it in the ts guide machine off water on remove front clear tubing wait 5 minutes if you have a water crown on top your exchanger is leaking when you take off the tubing wipe off the nipple then come back and look

Gnurk...thank you for the directions for testing leaking heat exchanger!I get frustrated when people comment "What does TS guide say"?.Wearing toooo many hats does not afford us the extra time to consult the TS guide every time.On several occasions I have consulted the TS guide, only to end up back where I started, omg.
