I have a K2 machine that I can't calibrate the temp on. I put in a new heater and my temp never goes above 34 no matter what I do. The odd thing is if I put it in rinse the temp reads 37 and when I heat disinfect it it works fine. Appreciate any help.

Did you check the triac signal is described in the service manual before calibrating the heater temp control ?

check that your NTC wires are not damaged due to heat cracked etc, also check that your ntc is telling your machine to send down 120 vac to heater

Does the temp matched the 40 degrees dummy connector was plugged onto NTC 3 slot on distribution board ?
Check temp and Atemp reading Debug screen 4 with 40 degrees dummy connector on NTC3 slot on distribution board ?
