Hello everyone, I have a 2008t machine. Act Blood Pump Failed is observed with a different sequence of alarm. I've replaced the blood pump module with a known good one and the issue remained. Also, I try reseating the all the boards and connectors. Your wisdom would be appreciated. Thanks you.

I would first start with replacing the ribbon cables with known good ones. If that isn't it, replace the actuator board with known good.

call technical services they may send out a free module for this error True if you have a E.02 or E.03 (can't remember which one now) and "BP No Comm" you might be able to get it replaced under extended warranty. Also if you have a BP rotor that has the pins backing out that is under extended warranty and if they back out and cause damage to the BP modular than they will replace the whole thing. For the BP No Comm issue they often replace the whole modular but it is just LP955 that is bad if you are in a pinch.
