Trying to calibrate a 2008T conductivity confirmation cell, acts likes it trying to calibrate then eventually says it is in ERROR. Sometimes says "no comm to meter" at beginning but you can just hit confirm again and it will go ahead and try to calibrate. EMR system is communicating with 232 fine and I tried a new one too with no difference. Here is what I have done:
calibrated temp control
calibrated conductivity with OLC enabled
rebuilt and calibrated acid pump volume. Giving me a very low volume in calibration like 15 instead of 16.2 and 22.4 instead of 23.4, but runs perfect in conductivity in dialysis mode after calibration.
checked temp sensors all good insulation. No corrosion on condo cells, condo cells stable during dialysis.
reseated all boards.
tried both jug and wall concentrates.
Meter setup worked on other machines with no issues, meter is fully charged before calibration.
How much is MCDS $$$$ again?, might give this stuff up.lol PLEASE HELP!!!!!
