I've got a K2 40,000 plus hours. Keep getting a no water alarm popping up. I've change everything in this machine. I mean everything. It's coming from the hydraulics hooked them up to another machine same thing. I've change Inlet pressure reg, float switch, hydro chamber, balancing chamber, flow, deaeration motors, and all valves. All pressure are good. Inlet at 20psi. Need help please.

So without even going too far I’d be pulling the float from the hydro and testing it, confirming it reads accurately. Next, I’d confirm you’re actually filling your hydro and moving water all the way to chamber E. You can pull tubing post hydro and just let it expel, you just have to make sure water is filling your hydro. Start with those basics and keep eliminating.

Thanks for the post. It was valve 41. It was sticking. I all ready change it once with a new one. I guess it was bad out of the package.

Thanks for posting the fix.
Just a reminder that you can simulate the signal from the float switch to the machine with the resistor from the cond resistors. unplug the float switch from the distribution board and install the 274 ohm resistor. this will help to determine if the float switch is giving correct signal to the dist. board.

you can also jumper pins 1 and 3 on the dist brd and you can hear v41 opening also or plug a new float switch in and manuelly raise and lovwer the float
