Folks, I have a 2008T machine which passed the negative pressure test intermitting. both dearation and flow motor brushes are fine. Also calibrated dearation, loading and flow pump pressures. Any thoughts. Thanks

check your Hanson hose O Rings and UF sample port to make sure it's tight. Then zip tie all hoses on the air separation chamber.

Any small leak can cause this... I would rinse for a few times and grab a flashlight if pacs ideas don't work

do an induced positive pressure test let it run 5 minutes or so then check for leaks, also do a negative pressure test and using a flashlight check for bubbles

What I do is a manual positive pressure test. Put the machine in dialysis mode, clamp the drain off valve 44 and then unplug the air separator. The machine will think there is air and start a filling program which will jack the pressures up and anywhere that could be sucking air will start leaking water. Air separator itself is always a hot spot.
What about loading pressure valve? Is it squeaking at all? During cleaning programs? If so replace and recalibrate. This can cause negative pressure to fail.
Not sure of the age of the machine but the pump head can be a factor as well. Keep in mind that like how the deaer motor gets used more than the flow motor, the deaer pump head gets used more the the flow pump head and is the most likely spot to fail of the two. Try watching your debug screen when going through negative pressure, then swap the pump heads and watch again. This is not 100% but if the pump is just starting to fail (hasn't completely failed) it will often work fine as a flow pump. If this corrects it then you know you need a new pump head.

id throw it in heat and listen to your loading pressure valve, just my opinion.
edit: nm apparently i skimmed over jaretec saying that. *beats horse again*

Folks, thanks to all of you for your posting. Now it is my time to let you guys know that the problem was the Air Separator little line at the bottom which has a tiny leak. I tired up and now the machine is fixed.
