2008T bluestar premium with 12,xxx hours. Staff says its bursting the bibags. I have it in back and running on a bibag. Debug screen 14 says pressure in bag is around 90-110 which is normal range. However, I notice that the bag is completely full of water. Other machines only fill to about half. I can not remember what controls this. The air separator for the bibag system is tight. That is something I always check during a PM. Help appreciated!

Pressure transducer can cause this but so can the hoses that go to the bibag door being reversed(the one with the Bibag filter on it). Don’t trust the labeling from the factory (#1 and #2) as I have found them reversed a couple times.

There’s the obvious: the bicarb valve that fills the bag could be bad, and the pressure transducer could be bad (not reading correctly). However, all three times it has been the bibag interface board.

Every time I've had this it was a bad bibag transducer

Agree with the interface board. We had one the other day that no matter what we did it wouldn’t stop overfilling. This was one of the machines that had the hoses labeled incorrectly and were reversed. Symptoms were very similar as the bibag would fill with water and not have the air gap. Crazy weird that the machine would run at all like that. Condo was spot on too. Just another one of those scratch you head moments.

I've ran it this morning as well, normal range for pressure, pass all self test, perfect conductivity, but the bag is totally full with water. I cant see the water level because its totally full. I'll try interface board and report back..

I got this error message, along with some other issues, when my board in the bibag assembly was sprayed by a hose beneath it. Could open it up and check for damage.
