I have a Bluestar T machine with Bibag The TMP is always postive 566+ according to the Pdial Trans #9. It will not adjust
The condo and temperature are fine. No flow errors and No Air. Flow pressure 36 Dearer pressure 26 Loading pressure 26
Replaced transducer #9 and #10 Swapped actuator/test board, Sensor board with cable.
Troubleshooting guide still wants me to swap function, distribution and motherboard, which I did not have in stock.
Has anyone seen TMP do this?

I would swap boards one at a time from another machine if that's what where you're at in the TS guide

Check V41 and BC valves for obstructions inside the valve body or if the valves are sticking due to corrosion. Most of the time it's likely a constant flow error occurring. Check your air separator as well as the connections. Top is brown wire and bottom one is blue. Did you perform a dialysate calibration?

Had this before. One of valve wires got pinched

I think a number of people are suggesting things you have already done.
You have replaced both transducers. The machine runs fine with no flow errors. You have tried to calibrate with the flow off, but the reading won't budge. No matter what you do the TMP reads 566, and the machine continues to run fine. The bob is bobbing as it should. There are no leaks.
The order of troubleshooting is OK except for TMP
1. External hydraulic leaks
2. No Water
3. Flow Errors
4. Temperature
5. Conductivity
6. Filling Programs (air sensed in the hydraulics)
7. TMP (Transmembrane Pressure)
8. Blood Leak
9. Pressure Test Failures
The only thing I can think of is to set up two machines so that the electronics of one machine is controlling the hydraulics of the other. That way you could isolate the problem to the hydraulics section or to the electronics. If you have never done this before, it is easy to get confused as to what is what.

It was the Function Board.
Thanks everyone
