Hi
I am having trouble with a 2008k machine, I initially started with a black screen and replaced the power logic board and screen was able to come up. I now get a conductivity offset failure alarm when I start up the machine. I tried calibrating the conductivity cells but I am unsuccessful because I get a cond offset error right away frequency stays at 0, I tried replacing the following:
1. Sensor board and cable 2. Function board and eprom 3. Swapped the condo cell
I am still getting the same offset error whenever I try to calibrate.

New style power logic board or old style? Old style PLB needs the power converter board installed on the mother board while the new PLB does not need it. That could be a reason for the fault. If old style PLB, make sure the converter board is installed correctly having the back side/solder side of the board facing you.
FMC TS guide section 7 lists 5 components you can swap out. Have you checked your test board & act-test boards yet?
