Since replacing display it has NO temp, Ohm' d out heater followed by what TS guide told me to do. Yet I still have NO temperature replaced sensor board pulled out heater bar have 119 volts and yet no temp is it the actuator board? Please help thank you in advance for the recommendations.

have you tried the NTC 2 which tells the heater to turn on, or the NTC 3 which is for the display also it could be your triac also ohm out your heater rod

Coincidences do happen, but could anything have happened while you were replacing the display? I can't recall the last time I had a heater totally fail. I guess you checked to be sure you don't have a flow error.

Something from the old forum.
<bubba> posted 14 April 2019 09:54 AM Good evening all-
I have a new bluestar that has 0200 hour on it and it will run for three treatments then the temperature will drop to 27.4 and not come back up. I have re-calibrated temperature and conductivity. Have watch the debug screen and yet to have seen a flow error. I have swamped function boards with a know good board and still have the same issues. I called big blue and they didn't have anything to share other than check you heat rod(which I did before calling them). I will swap the other boards tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue with the Bluestar.. <1987> posted 15 April 2019 08:42 AM If the machine is still under warranty just have field service come out. I have been having all sorts of strange issues with these new machines also.
