Alarm 27 “ NV 4 conc. not OK” appeared on the RO when the opening tech came in yesterday. The tech just switched the RO off then on and the alarm disappeared. It happened again today.

Nv4 concentrate not ok is related to the amount of water going to drain for fiscal 3 and it’s not seeing what it thinks it should. When all 3 pumps are running, what’s PI2, 3, and 4?
I’m thinking it’s going to be a glow adapter, or a relay.

Adam asked me to change the yield from 65%-75% last Monday and there were no alarm 27 (high condo) that showed that past two days. I noticed on the fault history that last Monday, at 6:31pm - 8:31pm, alarm 09 popped up with an interval of 15mins. Also happened yesterday (Tuesday), alarm 09 popped up at 5:15pm - 8:30pm with an interval of 15mins. Those times are when treatment is already over, I was thinking that since the yield was increased, the water from the loop is recirculating and less was going to the drain that's why high condo is alarming?

That could be a very real possibility. With upping it to 75 it may just be bringing it too high. It depends what your conductivity alarm is set for in the CPU though. The JUMO should be 60, the CPU has it's own limit. Check and make sure that's not too low. Normally its around 30

We are still gonna observe the alarms to see what happens. Also, this morning we had alarm 14 (exc.press.ring PSAH1), I think 99% of the time it’s caused by a machine being left on when closing that’s why when opening, the alarm pops up? Happy holidays everyone!

From an inexperienced observer.... It sounds like you have had a couple problems that were related to settings. Is there a way to lock the settings so that they can't be accidently changed? We've had similar problems with our Biolab/Marcor RO's. The staff would accidently hit a wrong button putting the RO into a different mode or changing the display. Then, make things worse by trying to fix it themselves.
Gremlins are always another possibility.

That could very well be why you’re getting the a14. Let us know. Happy holidays!

Which settings could probably be related to A14?

A14 is related to high conductivity. It’s related to the hardware chain in the CPU. If it’s not conductivity, it’s pressure related but very rarely is it pressure
