Hi I have a bluestar T machine 1TOS with 5000 hrs giving this message V104 v108 stuck closed after rinse cycle. Replaced bibag hydraulic assy, swapped ALL boards, swapped v24 v26 V104 v108 v105. It seems that after rinse the timer on zero is blinking and flow pump won't stop turning and the bob in the flow indicator is in UP position which should be in down position when rinse program is complete. During rinse bic pressure on debug 15 is achieving more than 400 mmhg w/c is normal but during the vent period (end of rinse) it would go down to negative 400 mmhg, it should only be less than 90 and positive as observed from other known good machines. Another observation is that when it's on service mode the blue conn (spike) shoots water. Any ideas will be very much appreciated..

Try doing the regulator pressure calibration. Does it go through or do you get an operator error?

Not saying this is your issue, but I had a constant v104 with some of my bibag machines (we have 7 of the 23 machines in the clinic). We didn't use the bibag feature, we use a loop. Turned out the bicarb loop had a restriction at the beginning of the loop and the pressure sensors on the bibag machines thought v104 was sticking closed.
I did have some issues with another bibag machine with a weird issue. Turned out the little daughter board behind v104 and v105 had acid corrosion on it.
190860 DISTRIBUTION BOX 2 CIRCUIT BOARD
Good luck!!

After complete full rinse i press confirm all the time...i calibrated regulator pressure but the V104/v108 message re appears afterwards. Here's my observation the flow pump won't stop turning or running after complete rinse.
