Check the inlet water pressure regulator. Mine was running high and I turned it down to 18. It has only been a couple hours of running now and several test, but it hasn't returned since. Did this for one with a V105 error and it seems to have cured that one too. My machines have around 4,500 hrs.

It happened to me many times (with Bluestar Premium machines only) and found out that Bicarb connector are not totally secured in the rinse port. Once secured, rinse the machine and see if it will fix the issue. It did on my machines I worked on.

i had this at a coworkers clinic, 10 techs came to take a whack at it and eventually the biomed just shotgunned it with almost every part in the hydraulics and something fixed it. unfortunately he did it all at once instead of trying parts one at a time so noone ever knew what was really the cause

Did you end up resolving the issue? What did the troubleshooting guide say?

Forgive me, I accidentally skimmed over where you said what the issue was.

Did you check the acid loop pressure?

Replacing the rinse ports fixed the issue for me or the wands.
