So I have a 2008K2 with 47,500 hours that has been giving me problems for a few months in dialysis mode. The first time it was pulled on 10/7/22 the staff said it had TMP alarms. At that time I replaced cfs #9 and the air separator. Machine was good. 3 weeks later 10/27, it was pulled for TMP alarms and high flow error. That time V24, 25 ,26 & 30 were checked and found okay. V43 was sticking so it was changed. Machine was good again. Pulled again a little over 3 weeks later 11/20, for condo, flow error issues. Could not be duplicated. On 11/24 pulled for high condo & flow errors. Didn't see flow errors at first. Ended up replacing both condo cells, bicarb pump (because when calibrating it was pulling fluid very slowly), balance chamber. Then I started seeing flow errors so i changed deaer & flow motors with gear heads. Machine was good once again, so I thought. Pulled again on 12/1 for intermittent low/high flow errors, and after consulting TS guide I changed the diasafe filter & both water supply & drain tubing with new quick connects. Ran the machine for a few hours with no issues. Today, upon running the machine for less than 10 minutes, noticed a low flow error. TS guide took me to doing 2 consecutive vinegar rinses. CFS #10 look like it may have been leaking so I replaced it also. So I’m running the machine now & watching. It’s been running for an hour with no issues so far. Passing all tests with flying colors! These low/high flow errors have been very intermittent so I’ve been down this road before with it. Any ideas if they come back at some point soon? Much appreciated.
