I have a 2008 T 6TOS machine with bibag Bluestar upgrade machine with only 10k hours. The venous pressure will raise up to the levels 300. It will not release air to reduce the pressure in the venous chamber. Also, venous clamp keeps clamping during treatment. Any one has had this issue before. Thanks in advance.

What is the alarm code??
Maybe it's could caused by other issues like air bubble in venous side of bloodline
If not the issue, Check venous pressure sensor( 0 mmg when released to atmosphere )and with induced pressure with syringe with reference meter.
The isolater /transducer /hydophobic filterbehind the venous port might be wet.
Calibrated the venous pressure.
Sometimes could be issues due to 1) user , didn't unclamped the venous patient line or kinked especially during priming .will wet both the venous isolaters on the bloodline and behind Venous port
2) kinked in venous side of the dialyzer
3) is it only happened on one particular patient?? If so, his/her catheter or fistula might have an issue.
Try to reduce the blood pump flowrate from maybe 300ml/min to 250ml/min or 200ml/min to see if venous pressure reduced.
Clogging in the dialyzer could caused the issue, is the patient on any anticoagulants or heparin?
