Is there another way to access the debug screens besides control and up/down keys? I have a machine that needs a keyboard. I've got keyboards on backorder since September. The control key doesn't work so I cant access the debug screens.
I didn't know if there was another secret way to get into the debug screens.. ya know kinda like accessing them in the service menu..

Spoke with my team and we don't know of any other way than that. As the key doesn't work now, maybe try to carefully slice the rubber membrane off the top of the key to see what's going on below it. You might see a way to make the two contacts touch?
