Maybe I am not looking in the right spot, but there is nothing in the troubleshooting guide for the keyboard and mouse on 2008T machines.
I have a keyboard that works fine in dialysis mode but just dings and clicks in "computer" mode.
I have not turned it off and on as there is a patient running on it.

Have you tried re-booting CDX? Please correct me if I am wrong, CTRL + Z + Fn Lock? My T's don't have CDX loaded up and it's been awhile since I've done a CDX reboot.

I had a 2008T yesterday that the touchscreen and keyboard operated fine in dialysis but were unresponsive in Chairside. Ctrl FN Z, waited for menu choices, used the up arrow to select Factory Reset. Waited for boot up and chairside recognized both the keyboard and screen again.
