2008T Bluestar Premium Machine had a leak coming from the bicarb concentrate pump. took it apart to check what was causing it, turns out there was a hole in the plunger. I took the housing apart, made sure not to lose anything, replaced the plunger, threaded everything back together, and I thought I had the pump back together correctly.
Turned the machine on to rinse it to test before recalibrating and now the pump makes an annoying rattling/buzzing sound and I don't know what is causing it.

Could one of the pump mounts be bad? I am having trouble thinking of what they are called, but the rubber things that go between the pump and the hydraulics compartment.

Sound like either 1) air lock in the concentrate pump 2) plunger spring issue
Trying swapping both concentrate inlet and outlet hose to see if 1) the hoses are connected correctly 2) prime the concentrate pump for about 10 seconds in rinse mode.

The spacers(washers) on the end of the plunger I was always told were calibrated(thickness and amount of them) for the specific pump they came in.

then concentrate pumps do not have a diaphram and shaft with wear buttons like the uf pump, the concentrate pump diaphrams slip in as all one piece
