Hey Everyone I have a step by step for this
Machine came with Error A.24 and A.11
1. Blood Pump Motor Changed 2. Blood pump Rotor changed
Fixed! Passed all tests!

Did you try to rebuild the blood pump motor i think there is a rebuild kit

Rebuild kits only work for the new motors, older style has to be replaced with new style first. I bet there has been few rebuilds at this point because every motor that can be rebuilt is only a few years old. If you are in a pinch, you can take the screws out (but not remove the cap) of the old style and use compressed air to blow carbon dust out. This only buys some time usually.
As for the OP, the motor makes sense but the rotor I don’t get unless there was a lot of physical damage to it.. Also when a rotor fails it is usually the springs (and often you can see it) which can be replaced for a lot less than replacement.

Do yourself a favor and replace rotor hall sensor while you have motor out. Dont forget the Oring from the motor you took out. A new motor doesnt have one. I wish there error codes like this for flow errors.
