Sure sounds like the battery ram/time keeper chip on the function board. It's the raised chip that plugs into the socket.

Do yourself a favor and replace the function board. Just replacing your battery ram chip will fix it but it seems that when it fails it's because of another issue related to the function board.

I replaced battery RAM. At first after replacing the yellow battery RAM and power up machine some of the errors in the picture are still there. I performed hydraulic and sensors calibration and the errors are gone. This machine is also in forced mandatory rinse every time at start up, it will not go to main screen unless mandatory rinse is completed. Battery RAM solved the issues.

Replace your function board! when you power the machine on go to service mode first! Enter all settings for your facility also verify info in dialysis mode.

I have the same problem on lost settings. I've replaced the whole function board, new battery RAM, EEPROM, motherboard and even sensor board. I'm still having the same problem. Any thoughts?

after replacing ram, you must do mandatory rinse then shut off machine, turn back on bring up into conductivity, do a diasafe test /shut machine down bring back up in service mode /reset time /turn off machine then turn back on should be all clear now.

I have fixed all issues with this but still getting Lost Dial Settings on the display. Any suggestions? Did you replace the battery ram chip on the functional board? What settings have you lost? Did you lose your concentrates only, and everything else is OK?

I did replace battery ram chip. Think I only lost concentrates but now not coming up in conductivity so i am going to recalibrate the conductivity cells.
