I have a T machine w 14000 hrs on it. The machine will not go over 13.1 and it stay there no jumping up or down. All pressure are good. Acid and bicarb pumps are good even switch to another machine and that went up to 13.7. BC is good switch membranes same thing. Flow pressure 36. Deaer -24. Inlet 20. loading 24. BC set at 60.4. No flow or valve error showing. All wiring like new.

That is a classic symptom of a leak in the balance chamber membranes. I would perform the balance chamber leak test.

Did that when switch membranes. I am sorry. I missed that. I guess you checked the conductivity cell calibration too. There was another thread here by someone who had a clogged screen in the concentrate line.

Are both condo cells(pre and post) reading the same on tech screen 0? What does your external meter read? What is your TCD? Is your 13.1 +/- 3 of TCD or .5? Just trying to get a full picture here. I'd recal condo cells and do the cond conf cell cal and re-verify... I agree with Dave74 check your filters in your acid and bicarb wands. It has to be something simple.

All annual PM procedures have been done(it was due for PM), TCD is 13.6, Conductivity is between 13 and 13.1 on both conductivity and independent conductivity as well as the external meter. Swapped a good actuator board, function board and placed new sensor board as well. Conductivity is still sitting the same.

Was this condition present before the annual pm, or after it was completed?

Have you done the Cond Confirmation calibrations using your 90XL with the yellow cord and dongle? I have found that fixes a lot of condo issues when it comes to high or low readings..

Check the NTC wiring for any signs of cracks or frays. I've had the bad wires cause this many times in the past. Be thorough, it only takes a small area of exposure to cause the condition. Take care to look where the zip ties are around the wires as well. A lot of the time the zip ties will obscure the frays from view.

Verify your acid and bicarb pumps are good. Go calibrate them. If your min and max are way off that could be your problem. Also some people tend to change the bc value. I have never done it due to issues such as this! Check and make sure someone hasn't changed it. I wouldn't recommend changing it unless the value is wrong based on what your bc says. Not your calibration.
